A Franchisee Voice: KOA, Inc. is a business like any other. Ideas get tossed around, but how will those potential changes impact you as an owner? The OA is here to ensure KOA, Inc. hears your perspective. We are here to be your voice!
Resolutions = Results: Sometimes, what’s super for one region or brand type isn’t suitable for another. The OA offers Area Meetings, which generate Resolutions presented to the KOA OA Board of Directors. If approved, those Resolutions are discussed directly with Franchise Relations, and leaders at KOA, Inc. KOA OA gives you the proper tools to make changes!
Franchise Advisory Committee (FAC) Participation: The FAC is a committee comprised of KOA Owners and KOA, Inc. staff, all working together to streamline solutions and develop policies that work for both the brand and the franchisee. OA Members make up over 1/2 of the FAC, and their face-to-face time annually paves the way for the future of KOA!
Vendor Relations: Ensuring you have the right products and services is crucial for campground success. Vendors tend to listen when your individual concerns are shared by those of a group!
Disaster Relief Fund: Unfortunately, natural disasters and medical emergencies happen. While insurance is a lifesaver, the time spent waiting or dealing with the emotions can be crippling. The DRF assists fellow owners through difficult times and is here to help!
